Pico-EZmate 1.8mm HC cable assemblies offer the highest electric current of 5.0A among the Pico-EZmate family, delivering robust power in a compact form factor. This enables designers to create space-saving solutions, especially for small consumer devices where mounting space is limited.

Using discrete cables significantly reduces the engineering effort required for mechanical and electrical qualification, as well as the time spent on purchasing and qualifying cables. Additionally, these cables are crimped using an automated press, which eliminates the risks associated with poor crimping during prototyping. This makes them an excellent choice for projects that span from initial prototyping all the way through to mass production.
